Gray Monk, The

The Gray Monk happens to live in a whole other country (the UK) and for a number of years I was privileged to be his brother-in-law. Things have changed and unfortunately, the XFN system doesn't really seem to have an option for ex-relative so I settled for 'kin' which is a nice way of saying that there is still a link between us.

He will be moving shortly to mu.nu like me :-)

Cynical Cyn

Despite having a very different political outlook, Cyn is a delightful read. She occasionally drops by and leaves a comment or sends an email. Her blog includes lots of jokes (which Rofl used to "borrow") and some neat language quizzes.

Dusting My Brain

Squipper is a real lady - she took time out to show me around New York (even after she sprained her ankle). She is heavily into podcasting and has lots of humour and some fantastic photos on her blog.

Peskie

What can I say about Peskie? He is my brother and a great guy. In fact he is one of those people that you wish you were related to. Unfortunately he lives a long way away (almost in another state) so I don't get to see him often. His blog isn't updated all that often, but he maintains other sites on the web and, of course, he is a regular contributor to the LOL section here which he took over from Rofl.

Blogroll

I have added a new category call Blogroll so that I can build an XFN-friendly blogroll with minimal effort. Basically, the idea is a simplification of the procedure outlined at Asterick. I felt that I didn't need (or want) the comments on the links so I cut most of that part.

The old blogroll will be restored slowly (with posts dated as at Jan 1 this year).
