When the first bug appeared,
my manager said to me:

my manager said to me:

When the fourth bug appeared,
my manager said to me:

When the fifth bug appeared,
my manager said to me:
- ask for a dump,
- use a debugger,
- try to reproduce it,
- ask them how they did it,
- see if it happens again.
When the sixth bug appeared,
my manager said to me:
- reinstall the software,
- ask for a dump,
- use a debugger,
- try to reproduce it,
- ask them how they did it,
- see if it happens again.
When the seventh bug appeared,
my manager said to me:
- say they need an upgrade,
- reinstall the software,
- ask for a dump,
- use a debugger,
- try to reproduce it,

When the eighth bug appeared,
my manager said to me:
- find a way around it,
