Not resident?
In 1971, a Pennsylvania attorney broght a lawsuit against the Devil. It was thrown out of court because the judge ruled that Satan was not a Pennsylvania resident.

Hmmm. How did the judge know that for sure? Maybe he knew the devil personally and checked with him. I wonder which state he claimed?

All judges were lawyers at one time, so I am pretty sure the judge had a passing aquientace with the devil
