Frosty Relations?

Do you think this photo (from the SMH) is demonstrating the current frosty relationship between the coalition partners?

[* Obligatory Explanation: The federal government is a coalition of two parties - Liberal and National. The two have been bickering about the sale of Telstra and a number of other matters. It is also snowing in Canberra - a relatively rare event.]

Well, I hesitate to predict an ice-age in the other place - I actually like the country round there so would not wish to call it names, but perhaps the weather is an earthly manifestation of the temperature in the place politicians end up?
