I Won the Lottery!

The key to this old joke is that it can be really hard to win the lottery without buying a ticket. Given that, would anyone like to explain the following email to me (ignoring the bad maths):

"would anyone like to explain the following email": Just another 419-like scam. If you contact them, you'll be told that in order to collect your six gazillion dollars, you first have to pay them a "processing fee" of like 25 or 50 dollars or something. If you do that, I don't know if they then simply disappear, or if they tell you that there's been a complication, and you now have to pay them another 1000 dollars to get the money released. But in any case, you get the idea...
