Tiananmen Massacre
Sixteen years is a long time... I was a part-time tutor at university, an overseas student in one of my tutorial groups, flew home to China to join the peaceful protests. Nobody knows what happened to him... How can anyone think that students staging a sit-in constitute grounds for using tanks and machine guns?
Mind you, it was not the first time in Chinese history that the students have died to convince the emperor that he was wrong...
