Milson's Point

This picture really can't do justice to the strange feeling that the station is sort of suspended in space at the northern end of the harbour bridge.

Beautiful sky in the background there - is that sunrise?

Actually it is evening - and I am looking south. Everyone is used to seeing the (Sydney Harbour) bridge face on (east/west view) and I wanted to catch from this angle. The station is built at the top of the slope that drops down to the harbour so that the buildings appears to be dropping below the line of sight. There is this real sense of being suspended at the end of the bridge. I took about 12 photos and this one had the best colours in it.
