David - that is a brilliant suggestion - I had not thought of that (our power plugs are three pronged with the bottom one vertical and the the other two at 45 degrees near the top. Sort of like "

Hmm. Maybe the mystery was too hard - only one guess. Perhaps I will enlarge the picture (or at least provide more context) and try it again. Then again, what the heck, maybe nobody cares about it.....
The (carefully trimmed) photo is showing the rear of a semi-trailer with a part (about 50%) of a prefabricated conrete sheet wall. The two vertical slits will be windows and the larger opening (not visible) is the balcony door. This sheet of concrete is about 5 inches thick and will be 'glued' (probably with cement) to the existing frame as an outside wall on a multi-story building being errected near where I work. For an external wall it seems awfully thin and I would not personally like to live in an apartment where the outside wall has been "glued" onto the frame like that. Surely poured concrete or brick would have more structural integrity?
